Mohamed Ahmed Desouky is a highly experienced Legal
Consultant and Trainer with extensive
expertise across all fields of law and arbitration in both the Arab Republic of Egypt and the
United Arab Emirates since 1997. A licensed lawyer registered with the Egyptian Bar
Association—authorized to appear before the Court of Cassation, Supreme Constitutional Court,
and Supreme Administrative Court—he brings more than two decades of distinguished legal
experience and professional excellence.
Throughout his career in the UAE, Mr. Desouky has
demonstrated deep expertise in Civil Law,
Commercial Law, Labor Law, Personal Status Law, Corporate Law, and Criminal Law. He is widely
recognized for his exceptional skills in arbitration, legal drafting, and the preparation of
comprehensive legal memoranda and pleadings.
Mr. Desouky currently serves as a Registered Legal
Consultant at the Legal Affairs Department –
Office of His Highness the Ruler of Dubai, where he provides expert legal advice and handles
complex legal matters with precision and integrity. He also worked as a Legal Consultant at Dr.
Ahmed Al Ramsi Law Firm & Legal Consultations from 2000 to 2025, where he drafted legal
statements, developed defense strategies, and managed diverse cases in civil, criminal,
commercial, real estate, and personal status law. In addition, he has extensive experience in
Notary Public services, including drafting and attesting contracts, powers of attorney, and
other official legal instruments.
Committed to continuous professional development, Mr. Desouky has earned
multiple certifications
and diplomas from leading academic institutions. His credentials include a Professional Writing
Course (AUC, 2005), Contract Drafting Course (Cairo University, 2006), Diploma in Legal and
United Nations Translation (AUC, 2007), Certificate in International Arbitration and Dispute
Resolution (Arab International Organization for Dispute Resolution, 2010), and an English
Language Certificate – B1 Level (AUC, 2012). He also completed specialized legal training with
the Dubai Land Department and Rental Dispute Settlement Committee under the Government of Dubai.
Mr. Desouky’s key strengths include in-depth knowledge of litigation
procedures and the filing
of criminal complaints across all Emirates of the UAE. He is highly proficient in electronic
court systems, case registration, and digital filing, particularly within the Dubai Courts and
Rental Dispute Settlement Centre (RDSC). His expertise encompasses legal drafting, contract
preparation, and handling cheque-related cases, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and
procedural accuracy.
