The team advises on the selection of the most appropriate jurisdiction, licence type, and legal structure for each client's operations — whether professional, commercial, industrial, or dual-licence.

Services extend to shareholder agreements, corporate governance frameworks, board advisory, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, regulatory compliance, and corporate restructuring. The department also advises on branch and representative office registrations, ultimate beneficial ownership declarations, ESR compliance, and AML/CFT obligations under the applicable UAE regulatory framework.

The team advises foreign investors on structuring their entry into the UAE market, including ownership models following the liberalisation of foreign ownership rules, licensing pathways, visa structuring, and ongoing compliance requirements.
